We went to pick up filters for our tractors as well as a couple of cylinders and some oil. John in the parts department is the absolute best! He asks all the questions, isn't afraid to use some information you brought with you, and definitely does not argue that you are wrong and he is always right. (We've all experienced the parts people that tell us we know nothing and won't listen..) John is definitely an asset to S&H in Joplin!

Total pros! Tractors, mowers, or construction equipment are in stock. They service what they sell too. Denver's suggestions were super helpful. He got me the best financing with 0 percent interest and a great warranty too. Then he did the entire deal over the internet and phone. He personally delivered my new Scag and even gave me a quick overview of maintenance items to look for and general operating procedures. He made sure to let me know that they have great off season maintenance specials. They pick up and drop off for maintenance too. Great experience.

I described to John the parts I needed for my disc mower not knowing what the actual names were. He had the right parts set out for me when I arrived. Good customer service.

Great service and knowledge of equipment parts. John was very helpful and sociable. Glad to be shopping at the Joplin location again after a 1 year hiatus due to a former employee "know it all" that turned out to not "know it all". Thank you John and S&H.

As the owner of a lawn and landscape business and buying my mowers from S&H I was really hoping they would be a good company to do business with. However after several years of dealing with the service department I can’t say that I have had one good experience with them. It was something every time I went in there. Forgetting to call me when mowers were done, the same thing being broken right after I got the machine back, then trying to make me pay for their mess up of not tightening down a crucial part, and many other things I won’t go on about. The only reason I stayed going to them long as I did is because they are the only scag dealer close to me. Today they tell me they are “tightening up their loaner program” when getting equipment worked on and refused to stand by what they said when I bought the equipment there. Love scag but time to switch and go somewhere that takes care of their customers. I highly recommend Lamberts Tractor in Galena KS and M&K in Seneca for any mowing equipment service.
